    ARTIST'S RIGHTS:

    I may modify and simplify your character's colours, anatomy and various features according to my artstyle. (you may request to change several things if needed) I reserve the right to decline or refund a commission for any reason. I reserve the right to publish finished commissions unless requested not to. I retain copyright to all of my commissioned artwork unless discussions and arrangements has been made. Strictly no AI or NFT.

    CLIENT'S USE AND UNDERSTANDING:

    Client agrees that all commissioned artwork is strictly for personal use (posting, profile avatar/banner, personal printing, discord stickers/reactions, etc.) and does not have the right to sell and reproduce the artwork for any profit.

    PAYMENTS:

    All payments made upfront before commission starts. Using Paypal invoicing - as in, I send you a link to a paypal invoice for you to pay.

    REFUNDS:

    No refunds for finished artwork.

    REVISIONS:

    I will provide a sketch before colouring to make sure I have everything correct. I can make changes for small mistakes and fixes (colour inaccuracy, technical mistakes, misread/missed references sent by client, etc). Additional charges may apply to pose changes and design or major colour change in colouring stage.

    DELIVERY, DEADLINES AND PRIVACY:

    Final artwork estimated to be delivered within two weeks to a month. Finished works will be posted to tumblr unless requested not to.

    COMMUNICATION:

    Email, Tumblr or Discord available. I don't use Instagram or Twitter.

    Clean Sketch/Lineart can have a solid fill and transparent background.

    Send example of character(s), general pose, chosen palette if any and feel free to message me on socials.

    Might include a bonus icon/headshot with full body -- alternatively, I can add them to the full body for the same price as an extra character ($5)

    I don't charge for backgrounds, but if it's something a bit complex, I will just charge it as an extra character ($5)

    *Nsfw in this circumstance means pornographic material, not artistic nudity - even though artistic nudity is what nsfw also means. Nsfw by default will not be posted to tumblr.
